We headed to Super Target next to have a look around where we spent quite a while! I bought a few toys to bring back for Christmas presents.
After Super Target we headed to Hollywood Studios. We got changed into our new matching t-shirts before getting out of the car and heading for the tram. I think it was about 11.00am.
We stopped for a few photos with the photopass photographers on our way into the park. I wanted to go and see Beauty & the Beast with Tommy and Kev wanted to go to Lights Motors Action. He was going to take Freddie with him but he said he wanted to come to see Beauty & the Beast with me. We got to the Beauty & the Beast area before it was open so we were one of the first ones into the theatre which meant we had a good choice of seats. We had a while to wait before the show started but it was worth the wait.
We all really enjoyed it! We met Kev outside the theatre but he hadn’t been able to see Lights Motors Action as it had been closed while they painted lines or something! He had gone on the Studio Backlot Tour instead.
We got some fastpasses for Tower of Terror to use later.
It was nearly time for the Block Party Bash and we were getting a bit hungry. As we had a Reservation at Hollywood & Vine for 4.40pm we decided to just get some McDonalds fries with our snack credits to keep us going.
We were a bit late getting a spot ready for the parade but we managed to squeeze in to a space and it turned out to be a good spot.
We enjoyed watching the parade and I got quite a lot of photos of it.
We headed for the Great Movie Ride which had quite a long wait. We enjoyed the ride although we realised our movie knowledge wasn’t too brilliant as we didn’t know a lot of the older films.
We had a little bit of time left before our dinner reservation so decided to do the Voyage of the Little Mermaid again. We loved this again! Especially Tommy who could remember what was going to happen next at each bit!
We were in a rush now and got to Hollywood & Vine a bit late which meant we had to rush our meal a bit so that we could make it to the Fantasmic Show in time for the 6.30pm show. We enjoyed the food in Hollywood & Vine but it wasn’t as nice as some of the other buffet meals we had had (1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey & Crystal Palace).
After finishing our meal we headed straight to the Fantasmic theatre where we parked our buggies up and headed into the reserved section for the Fantasmic Dining Package. We managed to get good seats right by the rope into the normal seating area so we were fairly central.
We all really enjoyed the show although I found it a bit cold as there was a breeze blowing the water in a fine mist over us.
After the show we headed over to Tower of Terror where I joined the fastpass line first while Kev waited in the shop area with the boys. I enjoyed the ride much more this time once I knew what to expect. It also helped to not have to worry about Freddie being with me and not enjoying it!
When I met up with Kev & the boys he had had a bit of trouble with them as they were getting fed up and tired so he decided not to use his fastpass and we headed back to the car.
Another great day had by all!
